NOTE :
(I) Students whose
study extends beyond the period shown above shall continue to pay the fee at
the same rate of their last fee shown. (II) University reserves the right to
revise the fee and other charges at any stage.
(II) The fees
mentioned above in the following years will be applicable to the students who
get admission in the session 2015-16. This will not be applicable to the future
batches.
(III) The student
will have to pay additional Rs 8000/- per subject for the backlog subjects or
subjects taken for improvement, if taken during the regular semesters.
(IV) The student
who have taken admission in BE in Computer Engineering (Honours in Machine
Learning and Data Analytics) and Computer Engineering (Honours in Computer
Animation and Gaming) will have to pay additional Rs 10,000/- per semester.
(V) The students
who opts for Minor/MASt/MS program alongwith their BE/BTech program are
required to pay Rs 10,000/- per subject.
(VI ) The fee for
the 8th semester onwards of BE - MBA programme shall be charged the same amount
of fee as applicable to MBA students of that session.

Notes :-
(i) All Hostel dues
are subject to change due to inflation or revision of tariffs even for students
already enrolled. The above hostel fee is applicable for the year 2015-16 only.
(ii) The Entire AC
charges as applicable shall be paid before the occupation of the AC Rooms.
(iii) The Hostel accommodation/type
of accommodation including AC Room will be provided subject to availability of
Rooms.
(iv) Hostel fee for
six weeks summer training will be applicable only for new students.
(v) Students, who
want Hostel facility are also required to bring Rs. 3500/- in cash to be paid
to the Hostel Manager towards Mess Dues as detailed below : a) Mess Caution
Money (Refundable) = 3000 b) Amenities fund per annum (Non refundable) = 500
(vi) The University
security, if not claimed within 2 years from the date of award of degree, shall
be forfeited
(vii) Alumni fee
will be refunded if a student leaves without completing his/her degree
(viii) University
security will be refunded when a student leaves the University
(ix) The DoSA shall
deal with all the matters related to functioning of hostels.
